We document current operational costs — staffing, contractors, and outsourced services — for the processes we'll automate. Both parties sign off on the methodology.

Our team designs and implements the AI automation solution. We cover our own costs during this phase — you pay nothing.

The solution goes live and we jointly measure results against the baseline over a 12-month period. Full transparency.

Pay on Results
20% of verified savings is invoiced quarterly. After year one, you keep 100% of ongoing savings with no residual fees.

Common questions about our pricing

Before work begins, we conduct a joint baseline assessment with your team to document current operational costs — staffing, contractors, and outsourced services — for the processes we'll automate. Savings are measured as the difference between that baseline and the actual costs 12 months after deployment. Both parties sign off on the baseline and the measurement methodology upfront — no surprises.
Payment is structured in two phases. During the build, we cover our own costs — you pay nothing until the solution is live. Once savings are realized, the 20% fee is invoiced quarterly over the first 12 months, based on verified operational cost reductions. After year one, you keep 100% of ongoing savings with no residual fees.
You only pay 20% of actual, verified savings — never more. If the solution delivers $200K in savings instead of the projected $500K, you pay $40K total, not $100K. If it delivers zero savings, you pay zero. Our incentives are fully aligned with yours: we only succeed when you do.
Yes. Many engagements start as a project-based build (e.g., a new product or platform) and then layer on outcome-based automation work once the system is live. We'll recommend the right structure during discovery based on your goals.
For project-based work, our typical engagements start at $50K and scale from there depending on complexity and timeline. For outcome-based engagements, the economics work best when the target process involves at least $500K in annual operational costs — this ensures meaningful savings that justify the partnership for both sides.
You do — fully and unconditionally. Everything we build belongs to you from day one. This applies to both engagement models. We deliver source code, documentation, and knowledge transfer so your team can maintain and extend the work independently.
